This giveaway is open to UK residents aged 13 years or over. Anyone under 18 years old must have permission from their parents or legal guardians, who should read the terms and conditions on their behalf. Proof of consent and contact details of parents or legal guardians will be required.
Entries must be received by 12:00 PM GMT on 30 March 2023. Entries received after this period will not be counted.
Entrants can enter as many times as they’d like but no entrant may win more than one prize.
To enter the giveaway, entrants will need to follow @BritishScienceAssociation on Instagram, like the giveaway announcement post, and tag a friend in the comments of the giveaway announcement post. For a bonus entry, the entrants can share how they are #SmashingStereotypes.
One winner will be selected at random from all complete, correct, and eligible entries received by the closing date. The winner will be notified on Friday 31 March 2023 via Instagram message. The winner must claim their prize by Wednesday 5 April 2023 (3 working days). If the prize is unclaimed after this time, it will lapse and the British Science Association reserves the right to offer the unclaimed prize to a substitute winner selected in accordance with these rules.
The giveaway prize is x 2 tickets to a BTCC race weekend of your choice (subject to availability). The British Science Association will endeavour to support travel expenses where supported by receipts, in accordance with their expenses claim policy.
If the giveaway prize winner is under the age of 18, they must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
Prizes are subject to availability. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the British Science Association reserves the right (a) to substitute alternative prizes (b) in exceptional circumstances, to amend or foreclose the giveaway without notice.
The British Science Association will use any data submitted by entrants only for the purposes of running the giveaway unless otherwise stated in the entry details. By entering this giveaway, all entrants are confirming that they understand that their data will be used by the British Science Association for the purposes of the administration of this giveaway and any other purposes to which the entrant has consented.
